June
27, 12:00 noon to June 28, 12:00 noon
Saskatchewan Time
Directions to the SARC Field Day site for 2015
Travel south on Lorne Avenue, also know as Highway 219,
from Ruth Street, 21.5 km,
from South Circle Drive, 20.8 km
and from Grasswood Road, 16.6 km.
Approaching the kilometres mentioned above you will notice a
large white wind turbine just off to the west (right side) of the
highway,
as well as several amateur radio antennas as you pass
the entrance to Ron Watson's, VA5RON, farm.
Do not use the
entrance to the farm.
Exactly 1 km past the entrance to the farm you see a gate on the
west (right) side of the highway with a sign that has our club logo,
SARC.
Once inside the gate, follow the trail towards the white bee
boxes, veer off to the right and head up the hill. There you should
see the club trailer.
Should you pass a sign indicating that you are entering the
Whitecap Indian Reserve,
or arrive at the entrance to the Dakota
Dunes Casino, you should know that you have gone too far and
will have to turn around.
